As an instructor, Rick is active in Germany, the USA, Sweden, Portugal, Holland. In Germany he gives courses for the German riders and drivers association in Luhmühlen, Münster-Handorf and Dresden. Aside from that he is also the appointed trainer for the Equestrian Sport Association Rheinland
